Most home improvement companies will hire an installer with little or no experience. “Just show me a few jobs you’ve done and your hired” is your typical job requirement when our competitors are basing an employment decision.

Atlanta Energy Concepts realizes that in order to maintain an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau, which is the highest possible rating in the industry, we cannot accept anything less than perfection from our employees. For example, if you were to go to the hospital for surgery, would you expect your surgeon to have gone through all of the necessary training? Harvard undergraduate degree, Yale medical school, Residency at the Mayo Clinic in Cleveland, 10 years experience in private practice – this would make you feel unquestionably confident in your doctor. 

Our installers are held to the same high standards. All our installers must have at least 7+ years experience before applying with us. If hired they must go through our training school right here in Atlanta. They must take a personality exam to let us know how they will react with our customers. If they complete all these stages, they must train with our crew leaders for one full year.

Homeowners will always notice in every one of our remodeling crews, that there is always a crew leader who trains new installers as well as manages the installation process.Poor remodeling companies underdelivering and exhibiting bad workmanship is a subject that’s on everyone’s mind these days.
